Fleksihouse is a Scandinavian-based modular housing provider, committed to delivering smart, high-quality building solutions for both temporary and permanent needs. With our roots in Norwegian design and engineering, we combine functionality, durability and aesthetic appeal with full compliance to UK building standards and regulations.
We specialise in supplying municipalities, housing associations and public sector clients with fast, flexible and cost-effective accommodation – from emergency housing and care homes to student units and family homes. Our modular approach allows us to deliver predictable timelines, scalable capacity and excellent value for money.
At Fleksihouse, we focus on safety, sustainability and long-term usability. Every project is managed with care, from early planning to on-site installation, ensuring quality and reliability throughout the process.

Fleksihouse UK As currently has an internal environmental management system . Environmental management is used to regulate a company's impact on the external environment. This means that a company formulates environmental policy and environmental objectives to manage activities, products and services. This is often integrated into the company's other management and leadership functions.
Miljøfyrtårn is a certification scheme for businesses that want to document their environmental efforts and demonstrate social responsibility. A certified business meets criteria adapted to its own operations and industry, and implements measures for a more environmentally friendly operation and a good working environment. An Miljøfyrtårn certificate is awarded after an independent assessment by a certifier. Every three years, the business is recertified. You can read the report here.

We have a clear requirement and desire that we and all our contact points act fairly, in relation to human dignity, laws, regulations and good business practices. We strive daily for all our manufacturers and suppliers to follow international rules and guidelines that follow Social Accountability 8000.SA8000 is an abbreviation for Social Accountability 8000. It is an international standard for ethical guidelines (codes of conduct) for companies, with a focus on employee working conditions. An SA8000-certified company has been audited by an independent company. SA8000 is primarily aimed at factories (manufacturers), and not service companies.

SA8000 is based on a number of ILO (International Labour Organisation) conventions, the UN Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and the UN Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women.
Where local legislation is stricter than these conventions, this applies. Certified companies must also have a documentation system to handle the requirements.
