About Us!

About Us

Fleksihouse is a Scandinavian based modular accommodation provider, committed to delivering smart, high-quality accommodation solutions, for both temporary-use and permanent needs. With our roots in Norwegian design and engineering, we combine functionality, durability and aesthetic appeal with full compliance to UK building standards and regulations.

We specialise in working with Central Government,  Local Authority, Charities and Registered Providers, offering impartial advice to help shape budgets, avoid un-foreseen issues such as expensive set-up costs and to  build and create communities for temporary-use accommodation needs.

We also work with private sector clients delivering fast, flexible and cost-effective accommodation solutions unlocking land and business values.

Our sustainably sourced timber based 3D modular approach, allows us to offer efficient and predictable timelines with scalable capacity and excellent value for money.

To maintain a cost effective and low risk product, we do not have a reliance on a single factory or system solution and will share our designs so we can truly offer continuity in any event.

At Fleksihouse, we focus on safety, sustainability and long-term usability. Every project is managed with care and clear communication, from inception through hand-over and after-care to ensure the quality and reliability of our product throughout the process.

We are able to work with a contractor of choice or introduce one of ours. We believe construction should sit under separate contract so contractors do what they do best and we do what we do best together.

Our mission is simple: Provide accommodation that meets real needs – quickly, safely, and with lasting value.

Quote from our Founder:

“At Fair Deal Group, Fleksihus, and Fleksihouse UK, we’re building more than structures—we’re building trust. We believe in doing business the right way: with transparency, long-term thinking, and shared value for everyone involved. Quality is never optional—our clients deserve nothing less.”

Environment

Our company takes the working and external environment seriously. We believe it is our social responsibility, and our reputation and credibility relies on this. We will continue to be a company that offers environmentally friendly solutions in all our assignments.

Our product and output focusses on sustainability and we will always choose the sustainable option, such as all of our timber being soured only from responsible and sustainable sources.

Fleksihouse UK and group companies, has an extended internal environmental management system set by head-office procedure and protocols. Environmental management is used to regulate our company's impact on the external environment and forms part of our objectives in all our activities, products and services, fully integrated into the company's quality management and leadership policies.

Miljøfyrtårn is a certification scheme for businesses that want to document their environmental efforts and demonstrate social responsibility. A certified business meets criteria adapted to its own operations and industry, and implements measures for a more environmentally friendly operation and a good working environment. An Miljøfyrtårn certificate is awarded after an independent assessment by a certifier. Every three years, the business is recertified. You can read the report here.
